The Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) was founded in 2009 under the direction of Dr. Carl Sundberg, BCBA-D. Services are based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, more specifically B.F. Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior. BACA provides high quality intensive behavioral services in 1:1 and small group settings to clients, ages 2-21.

BACA is seeking behavior technicians:

  • Conducts one-on-one therapy and small group therapy with clients
  • Implements Individual Treatment Plan goals created by Team Supervisor
  • Creates weekly program targets with supervision
  • Creates data collection sheets when assigned
  • Prepares and gathers stimuli
  • Records acquisition, maintenance, behavior data
  • Generates accurate therapy note
  • Creates and updates graphs
  • Maintains data collection system
  • Reviews and implements consultation note recommendations
  • Participates in weekly team trainings
  • Engage in professional behaviors continuously
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families
  • Part time and Full time positions available

Requirements

  • Experience working with kids
  • Be able to follow BACA’s principles
