Ashlee Eckerle is the managing behavior analyst at our Indianapolis Learning Center.
Ashlee joined BACA in 2013. Since then, she has held a variety of roles — including advanced technician, lead technician, behavior analyst, and clinical assistant.
Ashlee has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Purdue University. She also has dual master’s degrees in sports administration and applied behavior analysis (ABA) from Ball State University specializing in ABA and autism. In 2016, she became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
In addition to her work accomplishments, Ashlee values the time she spends with her husband and three sons in Fishers, Indiana. Fun fact: Their names all begin with the letter “A.”
“I feel great satisfaction seeing our clients and staff have ‘ah-ha’ moments when they reach milestones.”
