      Kathryn Kintner, MA, BCBA, LBA

      Center Director

Kathryn is the Center Director at BACA’s West Lafayette Learning Center. She earned her undergraduate degree in speech and hearing sciences from Purdue University and completed her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) at Ball State University. Kathryn became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2016 and has over a decade of experience in ABA.

Prior to joining BACA in 2025, Kathryn began her career with Cornerstone Autism Center in 2014. In her current role as Center Director, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the center while providing clinical leadership to a team of BCBAs and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).

Kathryn is passionate about developing strong clinical teams through supportive supervision, practical training, and ongoing coaching. She’s known for her collaborative approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex situations with both staff and families.

Kathryn is especially motivated by seeing both clients and staff grow—whether that’s a child gaining independence in a new skill or a clinician building confidence in their role.

“I’m committed to providing high-quality, individualized care for children on the autism spectrum while fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for my team.”
